Automated processes
in our development of our management system we have focused on effectiveness and possibilities. In order to achieve this and create a good platform to develop our management system on, we at an early stage realized that we need to invest in infrastructure.
Our first investment for this purpose was our system for automated processes. This system enables us to, according to our workflow, build and run our processes in the system. We build the process specifically designed for our use.
So far we have built and automated 4 processes:
Process for handling of claims, deviations, improvements
Ensures the handling and that customer, supplier, and PCB Connect solve the problems as effective as possible.
Process for document handling
Ensures, distribution to related persons only, versions, revisions, review, responsible and so on.
Process for follow up on targets
Ensures that each target are followed and reviewed by relevant person according to planned follow up frequency. Also ensure the distribution of status and performance within the organization.
Process for quotations
Through this system we connect each PCB Connect office, and most of all we create a great possibility to analyze the real root causes and take effective actions to eliminate and correct them. We can analyze and distribute statistics on all information in different levels based on all information which is registered in the system; this ensures our possibilities to continuously improve ourselves.
We have planned for more processes to be included in future.
